At Wildthorn Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Handmade items, custom orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Online Returns
If you purchased an item through our website, follow these steps to initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

3. Pop-Up Store Returns
• Items purchased at our pop-up store can be returned at the same pop-up location (if available), another pop-up location or mailed back at your expense.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the pop-up store does not have refund capabilities at the time, we will process your refund via our online system.
4. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
• If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
• We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
